Welcome to Shipzee Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Shipzee", "we", "our", or "us"). Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Shipzee’s courier aggregation platform, website, and services.
By using Shipzee, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Platform refers to Shipzee website, dashboard, APIs, and services.
- User refers to any individual or business using Shipzee.
- Courier Partner refers to third-party courier companies integrated with Shipzee, including but not limited to:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- XpressBees
- Ecom Express
- DTDC
- Any other logistics provider
- Shipment refers to any parcel booked through Shipzee.
2. Services Provided
- Courier aggregation services
- Shipment booking and label generation
- Tracking services
- Courier rate comparison
- COD reconciliation support
- Logistics management tools
Shipzee acts as a technology platform connecting users and courier partners.
Shipzee is NOT a courier company.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate shipment information
- Ensure parcels comply with courier regulations
- Not ship prohibited items
- Provide correct address and contact details
- Pay shipping and applicable charges
Users are fully responsible for shipment contents.
4. Prohibited Items
- Illegal items
- Narcotics or drugs
- Weapons or explosives
- Hazardous materials
- Counterfeit goods
- Restricted items under Indian law
Shipzee and courier partners may refuse such shipments.
5. Charges and Payments
- Shipping charges
- COD charges
- Platform fees
- Applicable taxes
Shipzee reserves the right to:
• Change pricing without prior notice
• Suspend services for unpaid dues
6. COD (Cash on Delivery)
Shipzee facilitates COD collection via courier partners.
Shipzee is not liable for:
- Courier delays in COD remittance
- Courier errors or disputes
COD timelines depend on courier partner policies.
7. Delivery and Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates.
Shipzee is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier partners
- Weather
- Government restrictions
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
8. Loss or Damage
Shipzee is not liable for loss or damage.
Liability, if any, is governed by courier partner policies.
Claims must be submitted within courier partner claim timelines.
9. Platform Availability
Shipzee aims for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Shipzee is not liable for:
- System downtime
- Technical errors
- Maintenance interruptions
10. Account Suspension or Termination
- Fraudulent activity
- Non-payment
- Policy violations
- Misuse of platform
11. Limitation of Liability
Shipzee is a technology intermediary.
Shipzee shall not be liable for:
- Delivery failures
- Courier partner performance
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Business losses
Maximum liability is limited to platform fees paid.
12. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Shipzee against:
- Legal claims
- Damages
- Losses arising from shipment contents or misuse
13. Intellectual Property
- All platform content belongs to Shipzee, including:
- Software
- Design
- Logo
- Content
- Unauthorized use is prohibited.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Delhi, India.
15. Changes to Terms
Shipzee may update Terms at any time.
Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
